  • Q1. How do I register for the conference?

    Ans: Visit our registration page, choose your package, and follow the simple steps to complete the registration process.

  • Q2. Can I modify my submitted paper after the final submission date?

    Ans:Unfortunately, no modifications can be accepted after the final submission date.

  • Q3. Is it possible to have more than one author per registration?

    Ans: No, only one author or co-author is allowed per registration.

  • Q4. What should I do if I miss the registration deadline?

    Ans: Contact the coordinator as soon as possible for assistance with late registrations.

  • Q5. How can I obtain the conference deliverables?

    Ans: After payment, download the Registration Form, fill it, and send it to info@wcmri.org

  • Q6. What is the conference cancellation policy?

    Ans: Refunds are applicable based on the time frame: 60% refundable 60 days before, 40% refundable 30-60 days before, and no refunds one month prior to the conference.

  • Q7. Can I transfer my registration to someone else or another event?

    Ans: Yes, registrations are transferable to friends or colleagues, and you can switch to another event in our organization.
