
Tadele Melaku Chala
Tadele Melaku Chala was grown up in Ambo, West Shoa zone of Oromia Regional State in Ethiopia. Tadele’s educational background includes a PhD in Economics from School of Economics, Andhra University in India. He has also MSc in Agricultural Economics and a BA in Economics both from Haramaya University in Ethiopia. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Researcher at Ambo University, Ethiopia. He had fully-fledged experience and extensive knowledge of scientific research on Economic growth in order to promote sustainable development for developing countries. He demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of new business development problems by providing policy directions through major findings found by conducting assessment on development policy operations during both Master Thesis and PhD dissertation researches. In addition to this experience, he has gained considerable Economic policy analysis skills from the Economics courses he offered for both undergraduate and post graduate students during his stay within the University. Beside to knowledge sharing skill, he strongly developed and experienced with teamwork and effective relationship skills. Furthermore, Tadele Melaku also appointed for different administrative positions like Head of the Department, Dean of College and General Director for the Main registrar. He has been serving the University community successfully for the last Ten years and above. Proactive, innovative and highly influential, I am seeking a challenging but rewarding position which is why I was naturally drawn to this exciting opportunity.
